A sound bath session at Sacred Space Yoga & Wellness typically lasts between 60–90 minutes. Here’s what to expect:
- Setting the Space: Participants lie down in the Savasana position, often with the support of mats, cushions, and blankets for comfort.
- Setting the Intention: Before the sound waves begin to flow, we guide you to set a personal intention for your session. This helps to direct the healing energies of the sound bath towards specific areas of your life, emotional states, or physical wellness goals. Setting an intention is a powerful way to connect more deeply with the experience and personalize the journey, enhancing the transformative impact of the sound bath.
- Guided Relaxation: The session starts with a guided focus on the breath and some light yoga poses to ease into a relaxed state.
