Fall Beginner Yoga Series

This  4 week series will explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice as well as alignment in traditional yoga poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and a little bit of yoga history / philosophy. Each week you will build on the previous class, allowing you to attend any yoga class confidently upon completion. 

This series is perfect for the true beginner or those who desire a deeper understanding of yoga.
