Paige Kirby brings a grounded, intentional approach to movement at Sacred Space Yoga & Wellness, one rooted in connection, curiosity, and the quiet power of doing the basics well.
A 2017 graduate of Westfall High School and alum of Ohio University, Paige discovered her passion for Pilates through her own practice, where she began to truly understand how the body moves, supports, and strengthens itself from within. What started as curiosity quickly became something deeper, an appreciation for the way mindful movement can transform not just the body, but the relationship you have with it.
Paige is currently pursuing certification in the Joseph Pilates Method, honoring its original principles while creating a space that feels approachable, supportive, and real. Her classes focus on form first, because when the foundation is right, everything else begins to fall into place. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, Paige meets you where you are and helps you move with intention, awareness, and strength.
At her core, Paige is about people. She believes movement should feel like a place you can land, a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to grow.
