We use the Amelia Booking Plugin for online bookings, and by booking through our platform, you consent to Amelia’s collection of necessary personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Booking and Payment

Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers.
Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule, please follow our cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
Refunds: Refunds are offered in cases of cancellations made within our specified cancellation window. If a service is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

All participants must complete our Waiver and Release of Liability form before attending classes, sessions, or events. By completing this form, participants acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity and agree not to hold Sacred Space Yoga & Wellness liable for any injuries or losses.
